As of January 1st, Highmark Wholecare has launched the GuidingCare Clinical platform and the new Authorization Portal via NaviNet. We are aware that some providers are experiencing issues accessing GuidingCare. If this issue should occur, you are still able to submit prior authorization requests by fax or phone.
