Highmark Wholecare has adopted behavioral health appointment access standards to ensure that our members receive timely and efficient care. Highmark Wholecare monitors compliance with the appointment access standards by conducting an annual telephonic accessibility audit. The most recent audit showed better results for most standards, but improvement is still needed.
