Opt-in Now to the 2024 HWPE Incentive Program

As we mentioned in previous Provider News emails, the 2024 Highmark Wholecare Practitioner Excellence (HWPE) Program launched on March 1. Providers must acknowledge their intent to participate by opting-in to the core HWPE program, the Maternity Quality Program, or both by September 30. Please contact your Clinical Transformation Consultant directly or email us at ProviderEngagementTeam@HighmarkWholecare.com for information on the opt-in process. Providers will be enrolled in their chosen programs based on provider specialty, eligibility criteria outlined in the HWPE Incentive Provider Guide, and network participation.
