Highmark Wholecare Will Continue to Use NaviNet

Highmark Wholecare will continue to use NaviNet as our provider portal. Unlike Highmark, we will not be transitioning to another portal system.

As a reminder, you can complete self-service tasks through the NaviNet portal. From our Plan Central page, providers can access announcements, reference materials, claim status, member eligibility and benefits, our GuidingCare authorization portal, and the HealthHelp authorization portal.

Enhanced Provider Features through the portal include submission of appeals and claims disputes, the Procedure Code Authorization Look-up Tool, remittance advice inquiry, claims batch look-up, and secure messaging.

HealthHelp is a separate company that offers education and guidance from specialists in sleep, cardiology, radiation oncology, musculoskeletal, diagnostic imaging, and physical medicine for Highmark Wholecare.

NaviNet® is a separate company that provides an internet-based application for providers to streamline data exchanges between their offices and Highmark Wholecare such as routine eligibility, benefits and claims status inquiries.
