Physician Portfolio Reports Now Available

The Physician Portfolio Report is an opportunity for Highmark Wholecare to share data and facilitate ongoing conversations in partnership with you, our providers, to continually improve the quality of member care. The Physician Portfolio Report will be distributed twice each year, in January and in July, to Highmark Wholecare’s Pennsylvania Medicaid Primary Care Provider (PCP) practices with panel sizes of 50 or more members. The report will be available via our provider portal, NaviNet.

The Physician Portfolio Report provides actionable data for multiple measures, including utilization, pharmacy, and preventive measures. This report provides results across the network and identifies areas of opportunity where Highmark Wholecare and your practice can work together to ensure the best care possible for your patients.
